Conference Programs

Creative Post-Processing in Photoshop using Textures

Join Jackie as she takes you through the addition of layers in Photoshop to create images that are uniquely yours. She will explain the rationale behind her choice of textures and will explore the use of different blend modes and masking. Floral images will form the basis for the demonstrations; however, the same approach can be applied to wildlife, landscapes, portraits, and other genre. (Images above)

Let’s Get Creative with Lightroom Masking

Learn how you can spice up an image in Lightroom using the masking features in Lightroom. We will walk through a basic edit, a black and white conversion, color grading, targeted hue adjustments, and a wide variety of other modifications to bring your raw images to life. In fact, you may wish to create multiple renditions of the same image. (Note that everything in Lightroom can also be accomplished in Adobe Camera Raw.) (Images below)
