IS ROUTE 66 ON YOUR BUCKET LIST? Join us for a ROAD TRIP!

WORKSHOP #1 – Begins in St. Louis, MO (we will cross into Illinois) and travel to Needles, CA, covering all 8 states that the “Mother Road” traverses!

You will need to arrive in St. Louis, MO on Friday afternoon, Nov. 3, 2023. The workshop will begin with a complimentary dinner on Friday night. We will be staying at the Comfort Inn St. Louis-Airport, so if you are flying to St. Louis, the hotel has a shuttle to pick you up.

We will have a 15-passenger mini-bus that we will all be traveling in together.
We’ll head out on Saturday morning and cross into Illinois (so we hit all 8 states that Route 66 traverses).
Workshop ends at dinner on Friday, Nov. 10^th in Needles, CA.

If you are flying home, we will take you to the Las Vegas airport on Saturday morning Nov. 11^th  
(NOTE: please do not schedule flights until late morning or afternoon as it is a 2-1/2 hour drive to the airport!!)

WORKSHOP #2 – Begins in Needles, CA and ends in St. Louis, MO.

You will need to arrive in Needles, CA on Sunday afternoon, Nov. 12, 2023. The workshop will begin with a complimentary dinner on Sunday night. If you are flying in, we will pick you up at the Las Vegas Airport (must arrive by mid-afternoon as it’s 2 hours to Needles).

The workshop will end Sunday, Nov. 19^th with dinner in St. Louis, MO.

If you are flying home, the hotel has a shuttle that will take you to the airport on Monday, Nov. 20th for travel home.

INCLUDED IN THE WORKSHOP FEE:

• • Transportation throughout the workshop in a 15-passenger mini-bus

• • All hotel accommodations during the workshop

• • A couple more meals

• • Route 66 Guidebook and other goodies

• • Water and snacks while on the road

• • Entry fees to any museums or parks we visit (if you have a National Park Pass, please bring it along)

NOT INCLUDED IN THE WORKSHOP FEE:

• • Travel to St. Louis and home from Las Vegas Airport or Needles for Trip #1 (or to Las Vegas Airport or Needles and home from St. Louis for Trip #2)

• • Other meals

• • Alcohol, incidentals, souvenirs

• • Trip Insurance (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
